Auspacific Beauty Cup, a multi-profession competition in the beauty industry in Vietnam and Australia.

The multi-profession competition (Makeup, Nail Art, Eyelash Extensions, Hair Care) in the beauty industry concluded on the evening of July 3, 2024, in Hanoi with the Gold Cup in the Makeup category awarded to contestant Đinh Thị Mai Tâm (in the Bridal - Beauty segment) and contestant Lưu Quang Huy (in the Fantasy segment), the Gold Cup in the Nail Art category awarded to contestant Nguyễn Hải Yến (in the Gel Polish segment for students), contestant Nguyễn Lan Trinh (in the Gel Polish segment for professionals), and contestant Tạ Anh Tú (in the Nail Design segment), the Gold Cup in the Eyelash Extensions category awarded to contestant Nguyễn Kim Ngọc, and the Gold Cup in the Hair Care category awarded to contestant Nông Văn Trường.

The award-winning works showcased the determination to pursue challenging techniques in the profession, continuously exploring to keep up with new trends in the industry. Additionally, through their presentations to the judging panel about the design ideas behind their works, the contestants aligned well with the themes: Queen of Styles for the Makeup category, Art on Nails Start Here for the Nail category, and King of Colors for the Hair category. Designing models is one of the essential skills to reach the level of an artist in the profession, and this is also one of the judging criteria.

Award wining works

With a total value of prizes (training courses) equal to 1 billion VND for 12 awards in the Makeup category, 15 awards in the Nail category, 3 awards in the Eyelash Extensions category, and 9 awards in the Hair Care category from the Auspacific School of Beauty, the winners of the first, second, and third prizes will participate in special courses under the ASB Global Beauty Artist program, designed to support Vietnamese beauty talents to reach international levels. The contestants of the Auspacific Beauty Cup 2024 competition will also receive full or partial support for the entry fee to the Auspacific Beauty Cup to be held in Australia at the beginning of 2025 from the Auspacific School of Beauty.

The final round of the Auspacific Beauty Cup 2024 season 1 took place on July 3, 2024, with the head judges being top industry experts in Vietnam, who have over 10 years of experience in the profession, are currently teaching at beauty vocational colleges, and have experience as organizers and judges of many domestic and international competitions: Ms. Nhã Tường - head judge of the Nail and Eyelash Extensions category, Ms. Tina Nguyễn - head judge of the Makeup category, Mr. Vũ Hoa Huy - head judge of the Hair category.

The judging panel also included passionate and dedicated Makeup Artists, Nail Artists, and Hair Artists who share the goal of imparting knowledge and experience to the younger generation, helping to launch young talents to become international artists such as Makeup Artists (Nguyễn Thị Vân Anh, Nguyễn Trí Thành, Phan Mai), Nail Artists (Lê Quỳnh Phương, Nguyễn Thị Kim Thu, Lương Thị Thanh Hậu), and Hair Artists (Nguyễn Thị Lan, Nguyễn Văn Nhật).

Ms. Nguyễn Phùng Minh Hằng, founder of the Auspacific School of Beauty and head of the organizing committee of the Auspacific Beauty Cup 2024, shared: "The competition held in July 2024 is the beginning of an international playground for those passionate about the beauty profession, who wish to advance in their careers, become artists or entrepreneurs in the industry, and make their mark in Vietnam and internationally. Auspacific Beauty Cup 2025 will kick off season 1 in Australia in February 2025, during the best time of the year, transitioning from summer to autumn in Australia, when tourists from all over the world gather to attend cultural and artistic events, with a judging panel consisting of Makeup Artists, Nail Artists, and Hair Artists from various countries.
